| Logic | 2 | Active | The 74VHC14 device is an advanced high-speed CMOS hex Schmitt inverter manufactured with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including a buffer output, which provides high noise immunity and stable output. Power-down protection is provided on all inputs and 0 to 7 V can be accepted on inputs regardless of the supply voltage. This device can be used to interface from 5 V to 3 V. Pin configuration and function are the same as those of the 74VHC04 device but the 74VHC14 device has hysteresis. This along with its Schmitt trigger function allows the device to be used on line receivers with slow rise/fall input signals. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, giving them 2 kV ESD immunity and transient excess voltage. |

A21SP163 W filter-free class-D audio power amplifier | Linear | 1 | Active | The A21SP16 is a differential class-D BTL power amplifier. It is able to drive up to 2.3 W into a 4 Ω load and 1.4 W into a 8 Ω load at 5 V. It achieves outstanding efficiency (88% typ.) compared to classical Class-AB audio amps.
The gain of the device can be controlled via two external gain-setting resistors. Pop & click reduction circuitry provides low on/off switch noise while allowing the device to start within 5 ms. A standby function (active low) allows the reduction of current consumption to 10 nA typ. |

A3G4250D3-axis digital gyroscope for automotive telematics, navigation applications, AEC-Q100 qualified | Sensors, Transducers | 2 | Active | The A3G4250D is a low-power 3-axis angular rate sensor able to provide unprecedented stability at zero rate level and sensitivity over temperature and time. It includes a sensing element and an IC interface capable of providing the measured angular rate to the external world through a standard SPI digital interface. An I2C-compatible interface is also available.
The sensing element is manufactured using a dedicated micro-machining process developed by STMicroelectronics to produce inertial sensors and actuators on silicon wafers.
The IC interface is manufactured using a CMOS process that allows a high level of integration to design a dedicated circuit which is trimmed to better match the sensing element characteristics.
The A3G4250D has a full scale of ±245 dps and is capable of measuring rates with a user-selectable bandwidth.
The A3G4250D is available in a plastic land grid array (LGA) package and can operate within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. |
A5970Up to 1 A step down switching regulator for automotive applications | PMIC | 3 | Active | The A5970AD is a step-down monolithic power switching regulator with a minimum switch current limit of 1.35 A so it is able to deliver up to 1 A DC current to the load depending on the application conditions. The output voltage can be set from 1.235 V to VIN.
The device uses an internal P-channel DMOS transistor (with a typical RDS(on)of 250 mΩ) as switching element to minimize the size of the external components.
An internal oscillator fixes the switching frequency at 500 kHz. Having a minimum input voltage of 4 V only it fits the automotive applications requiring the device operation even in cold crank conditions. Pulse by pulse current limit with the internal frequency modulation offers an effective constant current short-circuit protection. |
