The LDK715 is a high voltage, ultra low quiescent current and low drop linear regulator capable of providing an output current in excess of 85 mA. The device operates over an input voltage range from 4.3 V to 24 V, and it is stable with output ceramic capacitors. Fault condition protection includes short-circuit current limitation. The ultra low quiescent current of 5 μA at full load makes it highly suitable for low power applications and battery-powered systems. The wide input voltage range makes the LDK715 an ideal solution for low power industrial applications. The LDK715 is available in SOT23-5, or DFN8 3x3 - 8 leads.

The LDL212 provides 1.2 A of maximum current from an input voltage range from 2.5 V to 18 V, with a typical dropout voltage of 350 mV @ 1.2 A. The high power supply rejection ratio of 87 dB at 120 Hz, and more than 40 dB at 100 kHz, makes the LDL212 suitable for direct regulation in SMPS and secondary linear regulation in DC-DC converters. The LDL212 goes to shutdown mode due to the enable logic control function, reducing the total current consumption. The device also includes the current limit, SOA and thermal protections.

The LDLN050 is a 500 mA LDO regulator, designed to be used in several environments. The LDLN050 has a very low-resistance pass element (PMOS) that is even very fast during the turn-on. Thanks to its low-noise design, the LDLN050 can be used to supply noise sensitive circuits such as sensors, MCUs and wireless ICs in industrial applications. The LDO low current consumption (typically 48 µA) is also used on battery-supplied applications. On the adjustable version, the output voltage can be set to any desired value between 1.25 V and 6 V. Fixed voltage versions, between 1.0 V and 4.3 V (with 0.1 V step) can be provided upon request. On the fixed voltage versions only, an external capacitor can be connected to CNR pin to further reduce the noise on the regulated output voltage. The LDLN050 is available in DFN8 (3 x 3 mm) package.
