The SP3145 represents an industry first: unidirectional ESD protection in a 01005 type package. Unidirectional protection should be favored over bi directional performance, particularly on logic and data lines, which typically do not transit zero volts during standardoperation. Fast-acting, semiconductor based technology can withstand multiple ESD events, without wear-out or degradation. Low nominal capacitance makes this product meaningful for interfaces running at high data rates, approaching 5 GHz clock speeds.

The SP3205-01ETG provides low capacitance, unidirectional and a high level of protection for electronic equipmentthat may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The typical capacitance of 0.3pF helps ensureexcellent signal integrity on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces, such as USB 3.1, HDMI, DisplayPort,Thunderbolt and V-by-One®. It can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performancedegradation and safely dissipate 4A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).

The SP3208 is a bidirectional TVS Diode that provides ultra low capacitance and a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The typical capacitance of 0.08pF helps ensure signal integrity on the most challenging consumer electronics interfaces such as USB 3.2, 3.1, HDMI 2.1, 2.0, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, and V-by-One®. It can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±12kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 2A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition).

The SP3222 includes low capacitance rail to rail diodes with an additional Zener diode to provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (±30kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. The low loading capacitance makes it ideal for protecting high speed data lines such as DVI, USB2.0, USB3.0 and eSATA.

The SP3304NUTG integrates 4 channels of low capacitance diodes with an additional zener diode to protect sensitive I/O pins against lightning induced surge events and ESD. This robust device can safely absorb up to 20A per IEC 61000-4-5 2nd Edition (tP=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2. The low loading capacitance makes the SP3304N ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins.
