The SPxx-01WTG-C-HV is designed to improve ESD protection in portable applications, LED backlighting modules, and low speed I/Os. It will protect sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients. The SPxx-01WTG-C-HV can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation and safely dissipate up to 8A (SP12-01WTG-C-HV) of induced surge current (IEC61000-4-5, tP=8/20μs) with very low clamping voltages.

The SP4010-02HTG integrates 2 channels of ultra low capacitance asymmetrical protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust components can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum contact level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±30kV contact discharge) without performance degradation.

The SP4020-01FTG components integrate low capacitance steering diodes with one or two avalanche breakdown diodes for unidirectional or bidirectional protection, respectively, to protect against ESD and lightning induced surge events. These devices can safely absorb up to 30A per IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd Edition (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard. The low loading capacitance and high surge capability make it ideal for protecting telecommunication ports such as Ethernet and other high speed data interfaces.

The SP4021-01FTG components integrate low capacitance steering diodes with one or two avalanche breakdown diodes for unidirectional or bidirectional protection, respectively, to protect against ESD and lightning induced surge events. These components can safely absorb up to 25A per IEC 61000-4-5 (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC 61000-4-2 International Standard.
