The ISL70003ASEH is an improved version of the ISL70003SEH regulator with both tighter load regulation (<0.3% typical) and a higher output current rating of 9A. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.0V to 13.2V with integrated low rDS(ON)MOSFETs makes this monolithic solution highly efficient. Also, a tightly regulated output voltage is possible, which is externally adjustable from 0.6V to ~90% of the input voltage. Continuous output load current capability is 9A for TJ≤ +125 °C and 6A for TJ≤ +150 °C. The ISL70003ASEH uses voltage mode control architecture with feed-forward and switches at a selectable frequency of 500kHz or 300kHz. Loop compensation is externally adjustable to allow for an optimum balance between stability and output dynamic performance. The device features two logic-level disable inputs that can be used to inhibit pulses on the phase (LXx) pins to maximize efficiency based on the load current. The ISL70003ASEH also supports DDR applications and contains a buffer amplifier for generating the VREF voltage. The Intersil ISL76120 dual 2:1 multiplexer IC is a single supply part that can operate from a single 2. 7V to 5. 5V supply. It contains two SPDT (Single Pole/Double Throw) switches configured as a DPDT. The part was designed for switching between USB high-speed and USB full-speed sources in portable battery powered products. The normally-closed (NC) FSx switches can swing rail-to-rail and were specifically designed to pass USB full speed data signals (12Mbps) that range from 0V to 3. 6V. The normally-open (NO) HSx switches have high bandwidth and low capacitance and were specifically designed to pass USB high speed data signals (480Mbps) with minimal distortion. The part can be used in a variety of automotive entertainment and infotainment applications where consumer USB devices such as Portable Media Players (PMPs) are to be connected to embedded systems. The product allows switching between a high-speed transceiver and a full-speed transceiver while connected to a single USB host. Additionally, the part can be used for charge control of PMPs. The digital logic inputs are 1. 8V logic compatible when operated with a 2. 7V to 3. 6V supply. The part has an enable pin to open all switches. It can be used to facilitate proper bus disconnect and connection when switching between the USB sources. The ISL76120 is available in a 10 Ld 3mmx3mm TDFN package. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.

The ISL76322 is a serializer/deserializer of LVCMOS parallel video data. The video data presented to the serializer on the parallel LVCMOS bus is serialized into a high-speed differential signal. This differential signal is converted back to parallel video at the remote end by the deserializer. The fully featured register set is programmed through the industry standard I2C.

The ISL76534 is a programmable gamma buffer for TFT-LCDs featuring ultra-low power operation. The ISL76534 contains an I²C programmable, 10-bit, 14-channel gamma reference voltage generator with buffered outputs, a 10-bit programmable VCOMcalibrator, a high output current VCOMamplifier, and internal EEPROM to store all reference voltage data. The EEPROM features an endurance of 10,000 write cycles and a data retention of 20 years at 105 °C.
