CM1423 is an EMI filter array with ESD protection, which integrates three pi filters (C-R-C) and two additional channels of ESD protection. The CM1423 has component values of 20pF-47 Ohm-20pF,and 20pF-100 Ohm-20pF. The parts include avalanchetype ESD diodes on every pin, which provide a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD).

The CM1630 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with ESD protection, which integrates four, six and eight filters (C-R-C) in small form factor UDFN 0.40mm pitch packages. The ESD protected diodes safely dissipate ESD strikes of ± 15kV, which even exceeds the maximum requirement of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. Using the MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, the pins are protected for contact discharges at greater than ± 30kV.

The CM1636 is an EMI filter array with ESD protection, which integrates either four, six or eight pi filters (C-R-C). Each CM1636 filter has component values of 15pF-200 Ohm-15pF. These parts include ESD protection diodes on every pin, providing a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). The ESD diodes connected to the filter ports safely dissipate ESD strikes of plus or minus 15kV contact discharge, twice the specification requirement of the IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4 international standard. Using the MIL-STD-883 (Method 3015) specification for Human Body Model (HBM) ESD, the pins are protected for contact discharge.

Each EMI filter channel is implemented as a 3-pole L-C filter, where the component values are 10pF-26nH-12pF. The CM1693's roll-off frequency at -6 dB attenuation is 300 MHz and can be used in applications where the data rates are as high as 140 Mbps. The CM1693 also provides greater than -30 dB attenuation over the 800 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range. The device includes ESD diodes on every pin that provide a very high level of protection for sensitive electronic components against possible electrostatic discharge (ESD). The ESD protection diodes connected to the filter ports are designed and characterized to safely dissipate ESD strikes of ±18kV, which is beyond the maximum requirement of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard.
