TC1269300mA CMOS LDO w/ Shutdown and Vref Bypass | PMIC | 7 | Active | The TC1269 is a fixed output, high accuracy (typically ±0.5%) CMOS upgrade for older (bipolar) low dropout regulators. Total supply current is typically 50µA at full load (20 to 60 times lower than in bipolar regulators). TC1269 key features include ultra low noise operation (plus optional Bypass input); very low dropout voltage (typically 240mV at full load), and fast response to step changes in load. Supply current is reduced to 0.05µA (typical) and VOUT falls to zero when the shutdown input is low. The TC1269 incorporates both over-temperature and over-current protection. The TC1269 is stable with an output capacitor of only 1µF and has a maximum output current of 300mA. |
TC1270ANVoltage Supervisor with Manual Reset Input | PMIC | 23 | Active | The TC1270A, TC1271A and TC1270AN are cost-effective system supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. A manual reset input is provided to override the reset monitor, and is suitable for use as a push-button reset. The TC1270A has a push-pull, active-low RESET output, the TC1271A has a push-pull, active-high RESET output and TC1270AN has an open-drain, active-low RESET output.. All devices are available in industry standard pin-out and industry standard 4-Pin SOT-143 and 5-pin SOT23 packages. The TC1270A/70AN/71A are optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line and are suitable for all battery powered applications. |
TC1271AVoltage Supervisor with Manual Reset Input | PMIC | 10 | Active | The TC1270A, TC1271A and TC1270AN are cost-effective system supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. |
TC1272A3-Pin Reset Monitor | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 5 | Active | The TC1272A are cost-effective system supervisor
circuits designed to monitor VDD in digital systems and
provide a reset signal to the host processor, when
necessary. No external components are required.
The reset output is driven active within 65 µsec (typ.)
of VDD falling through the reset voltage threshold.
RESET is maintained active for a minimum of
140 msec after VDD rises above the reset threshold.
The TC1272A has a complimentary output. The output
of the TC1272A is valid down to VDD = 1.2V. The
device is available in a 3-Pin SOT-23B package. |

TC1300300mA CMOS LDO with Microcontroller Reset | PMIC | 9 | Active | The TC1300 combines a Low Dropout Regulator and a Microprocessor Reset Monitor in a space-saving 8-Pin MSOP package. Total supply current is 80 µA (typical), 20 to 60 times lower than in bipolar regulators. The TC1300 has an extremely precise output with a typical accuracy of ±0.5%. Other key features include ultra low noise operation, very low dropout voltage and internal feed-forward compensation for fast response to stepchanges in load. The TC1300 incorporates both over-temperature and over-current protection. When the shutdown control (SHDN) is low, the regulator output voltage falls to zero, RESET output remains valid and supply current is reduced to 30 µA (typical). The TC1300 is stable with an output capacitor of only 1 µF and has a maximum output current of 300 mA. An active low RESET is asserted when the detected voltage (VDET) falls below the reset voltage threshold. The RESET output remains low for 300 msec (typical) after VDET rises above reset threshold. The TC1300 also has a fast wake up response time (10 µsec typically) when released from shutdown. |
