SAM9X70 Series
The SAM9X70 is a high-performance, ultra-low-power ARM926EJ-S CPU-based embedded microprocessor (MPU) running up to 800 MHz. The SAM9X70 supports various NVM interfaces, including NAND Flash, Quad SPI and eMMC Flash. This device offers 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet interface with TSN connectivity support and State-of-the-Art security functions such as Secure Boot capability with on-chip secure key storage (OTP), high-performance crypto accelerators (SHA, AES and TDES), tamper pins as well as PUF
