Description

General part information

LDL1117 Series

LDL1117S50R is a 1.2A high PSRR low-dropout linear voltage regulator in a 3 pin SOT-223 package. It provides 1.2A of maximum current with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 18V, and a typical dropout voltage of 350mV at 1.2A. The high power supply rejection ratio of 87dB at 120Hz, rolling down to more than 40dB at 100KHz, makes the LDL1117 suitable for direct regulations in SMPS and secondary linear regulations in DC-DC converters. This device includes current limit, SOA and thermal protections. Typical applications include consumer, industrial, SMPS, motherboard P.O.L. and DC-DC post-regulation.
