OPA3693Triple, ultra-wideband, fixed-gain, video buffer with disable | Linear | 2 | Active | The OPA3693 provides an easy to use, broadband, triple, fixed-gain buffer amplifier. Depending on the external connections, the internal resistor network may be used to provide either a fixed gain of +2 video buffer or a gain of +1 or –1 voltage buffer. The OPA3693 offers a slew rate (2500V/µs) and bandwidth(> 800MHz) normally associated with a much higher supply current. A new output stage architecture delivers high output current with a minimal headroom and crossover distortion. This combination of features makes the OPA3693 an ideal RGB line driver or single-supply undersampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input driver.
The OPA3693 13mA/channel supply current is precisely trimmed at +25°C. This trim, along with a low temperature drift, gives lower system power over temperature. System power can be further reduced using the optional disable control pin. Leaving this pin open, or holding it HIGH, gives normal operation. If pulled LOW, the OPA3693 supply current drops to less than 130µA/channel. This power-saving feature, along with exceptional single +5V operation, make the OPA3693 ideal for portable applications. The OPA3693 is available in an SSOP-16 package.

OPA37Ultra-low-noise (4.5-nV/√Hz), 100-µV offset, decompensated precision operational amplifier | Amplifiers | 3 | Active | The OPA27 and OPA37 are ultra-low noise, high-precision monolithic operational amplifiers.
Laser-trimmed thin-film resistors provide excellent long-term voltage offset stability and allow superior voltage offset compared to common zener-zap techniques.
A unique bias current cancellation circuit allows bias and offset current specifications to be met over the full –40°C to +85°C temperature range.
The OPA27 is internally compensated for unity-gain stability. The decompensated OPA37 requires a closed-loop gain5.
The Texas Instruments’ OPA27 and OPA37 are improved replacements for the industry-standard OP-27 and OP-37.

OPA375OPAx375, 500uV, 10-MHz, Low Broadband Noise, RRO, Operational Amplifier | Amplifiers | 1 | Active | The OPAx375 family includes single (OPA375), dual (OPA2375) and quad-channel (OPA2375) general-purpose CMOS operation amplifiers (op amp) that provide an extremely low noise figure of 3.5 nV/√Hz, a low offset of 500 µV (maximum) and a wide bandwidth of 10 MHz. The low noise and wide bandwidth make the OPAx375 family attractive for a variety of precision applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. Additionally, the input bias current of the OPAx375 supports applications with high source impedance.
The robust design of the OPAx375 family provides ease-of-use to the circuit designer due to the unity-gain stability, integrated RFI/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal in overdrive conditions, and high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (2-kV HBM). Additionally, the resistive open-loop output impedance allows for easy stabilization with much higher capacitive loads.
This op amp is optimized for low-voltage operation as low as 2.25 V (±1.125 V) for the OPA375 and 1.7 V (±0.85 V) for the OPA2375 and OPA4375. All of the devices operate up to 5.5 V (±2.75 V), and are specified over the temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
The single-channel OPA375 is available in a small-size SC70-5 package. The dual-channel OPA2375 is available in multiple package options including a tiny 1.5 mm × 2.0 mm X2QFN package.
