LM3845-W, mono, 12- to 26-V, analog input Class-AB audio amplifier | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The LM384 is a power audio amplifier for consumer applications. In order to hold system cost to a minimum, gain is internally fixed at 34 dB. A unique input stage allows ground referenced input signals. The output automatically self-centers to one-half the supply voltage.
The output is short-circuit proof with internal thermal limiting. The package outline is standard dual-in-line. A copper lead frame is used with the center three pins on either side comprising a heat sink. This makes the device easy to use in standard p-c layout.
Uses include simple phonograph amplifiers, intercoms, line drivers, teaching machine outputs, alarms, ultrasonic drivers, TV sound systems, AM-FM radio and sound projector systems. See SNAA086 for circuit details.

LM385-1.2-MIL1.235-V, 0°C to 70°C, micropower voltage reference diode | Voltage Reference | 78 | Active | The LM185-1.2-N/LM285-1.2-N/LM385-1.2-N are micropower 2-terminal band-gap voltage regulator diodes. Operating over a 10μA to 20mA current range, they feature exceptionally low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip trimming is used to provide tight voltage tolerance. Since the LM185-1.2-N band-gap reference uses only transistors and resistors, low noise and good long term stability result.
Careful design of the LM185-1.2-N has made the device exceptionally tolerant of capacitive loading, making it easy to use in almost any reference application. The wide dynamic operating range allows its use with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation.
The extremely low power drain of the LM185-1.2-N makes it useful for micropower circuitry. This voltage reference can be used to make portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuitry with battery life approaching shelf life.
Further, the wide operating current allows it to replace older references with a tighter tolerance part.
The LM185-1.2-N is rated for operation over a −55°C to 125°C temperature range while the LM285-1.2-N is rated −40°C to 85°C and the LM385-1.2-N 0°C to 70°C. The LM185-1.2-N/LM285-1.2-N are available in a hermetic TO package and the LM285-1.2-N/LM385-1.2-N are also available in a low-cost TO-92 molded package, as well as SOIC and SOT-23.

LM386700-mW, mono, 5- to 18-V, analog input Class-AB audio amplifier | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 10 | Active | The LM386M-1 and LM386MX-1 are power amplifiers designed for use in low voltage consumer applications. The gain is internally set to 20 to keep external part count low, but the addition of an external resistor and capacitor between pins 1 and 8 increases the gain to any value from 20 to 200.
The inputs are ground referenced while the output automatically biases to one-half the supply voltage. The quiescent power drain is only 24 mW when operating from a 6-V supply, making the LM386M-1 and LM386MX-1 prefered for battery operation.
