The L9468 is a monolithic multifunction generator Voltage regulator intended for use in automotive applications. This device regulates the output of an automotive generator by controlling the field winding current by means of a variable frequency PWM high side driver.

The L9474N is a monolithic multifunction generator voltage regulator intended for use in automotive applications. This device regulates the output of an automotive generator by controlling the field winding current by means of a variable frequency PWM high side driver. The setpoint voltage reference is selected by the ENGINE CONTROL UNIT via RVC protocol.

The L9524C is a control IC for up to six glow plugs of diesel engines. The glow plugs are switched by up to four external PWM-controlled N-channel Power MOSFETs or a single relay in high-side configuration. Supply voltage, battery voltage, junction temperature, switches, currents through the glow plugs, and charge pump voltage are monitored. A two-wire interface is used to communicate with the diesel engine management system.

The L9616 is a bidirectional transceiver for signal conditioning and processing in connection with a CAN controller. Data rates of up to 1 Mbaud are supported using either shielded or non-shielded pair of lines.

The L9651 consists of four identical low side power switches. A serial diagnostic interface indicates failure mode of each switch (short circuit to VBATor ground and open load or over temperature).

The L9660 is intended to deploy up to 4 squibs. Squib drivers are sized to deploy 1.2 A minimum for 2 ms, 1.75 A minimum for 1 ms and 1.75 A minimum for 0.65 ms during load dump along with 1.5 A minimum for 2 ms for VRES voltages less than 25 V. Full diagnostic capabilities of the squib interface are provided.

The Peripheral Sensor Interface (PSI5) is an interface for automotive sensor applications. PSI5 is an open standard based on existing sensor interfaces for peripheral sensors and offers a universal and flexible solution for multiple sensor applications. The PSI5 interface allows asynchronous or synchronous operations and different bus modes. The device is compatible with both v1.3 and v2.1 PSI5 revisions (limitations are specified inside this document). It operates with a wide range of sensor supply current and variable data word length (8 to 28 bit). The sensors are connected to the ECU using the same line for power supply and data transmission. The transceiver IC provides a pre-regulated voltage to the sensors and reads in the transmitted sensor data. The PSI5 interface allows either point to point connection or bussed mode.
