LM2596Buck Regulator, Switching, 3.0 A | PMIC | 5 | Active | The LM2596 series of Buck Switching Regulators are monolithic integrated circuits that provide all the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation.Requiring a minimum number of external components, these Buck Switching Regulators are simple to use and include internal frequency compensation, and a fixed-frequency oscillator. The LM2596 series operates at a switching frequency of 150 kHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Available in a standard 5-lead TO-220 package with several different lead bend options, and a 5-lead D2PAK surface mount package.A standard series of inductors are available from several different manufacturers optimized for use with the LM2596 series. This feature greatly simplifies the design of switch-mode power supplies.Other features include a guaranteed +/-4% tolerance on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, and +/-15% on the oscillator frequency. External shutdown is included, featuring typically 80 µA standby current. Self protection features include a two stage frequency reducing current limit for the output switch and an over temperature shutdown for complete protection under fault conditions. See LM2595 for 1.0A and LM2594 for 0.5A. |

LM2902VOperational Amplifier, Single Supply, Quad | Amplifiers | 9 | Active | The LM324 series are low-cost, quad op-amps with true differential inputs. They have several distinct advantages over standard operational amplifier types in single supply applications. The quad amplifier can operate at supply voltages as low as 3.0 V or as high as 32 V with quiescent currents about one-fifth of those associated with the MC1741 (on a per amplifier basis). The common mode input range includes the negative supply, thereby eliminating the necessity for external biasing components in many applications. The output voltage range also includes the negative power supply voltage. |

LM2903VComparator, Dual, Low Offset Voltage | Comparators | 6 | Active | The LM393 series are dual independent precision voltage comparators capable of single or split supply operation. These devices are designed to permit a common mode range-to-ground level with single supply operation. Input offset voltage specifications as low as 2.0 mV make this device an excellent selection for many applications in consumer automotive and industrial electronics. |
LM2904_XFCSOperational Amplifier, Single Supply, Dual | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 10 | Active | Utilizing the circuit designs perfected for quad op-amps, this dual op-amp features low power drain, a common mode input voltage range extending to ground/VEE, and single supply or split supply operation. The LM358 series is equivalent to one-half of an LM324. These amplifiers have several distinct advantages over standard operational amplifier types in single supply applications. They can operate at supply voltages as low as 3.0 V or as high as 32 V, with quiescent currents about one-fifth of those associated with the MC1741 (on a per amplifier basis). The common mode input range includes the negative supply, thereby eliminating the necessity for external biasing components in many applications. LM2931LDO Regulator, 100 mA, Ultra-High PSRR | PMIC | 23 | Active | The LM2931 series consists of positive fixed and adjustable output low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators that are specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input-to-output voltage differential. These devices are capable of supplying output currents in excess of 100 mA and feature a low bias current of 0.4 mA at 10 mA output. Designed primarily to survive in the harsh automotive environment, these devices will protect all external load circuitry from input fault conditions caused by reverse battery connection, two battery jump starts, and excessive line transients during load dump. This series also includes internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and additionally, is able to withstand temporary power-up with mirror-image insertion. Due to the low dropout voltage and bias current specifications, the LM2931 series is ideally suited for battery powered industrial and consumer equipment where an extension of useful battery life is desirable. The 'C' suffix adjustable output regulators feature an output inhibit pin which is extremely useful in microprocessor-based systems. |
