MCP19111Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Buck Controller | Power Management (PMIC) | 2 | Active | The MCP19111 is a mid-voltage (4.5-32V) analog-based PWM controller family with an integrated 8-bit PIC® microcontroller. This unique product combines the performance of a high-speed analog solution, including high-efficiency and fast transient response, with the configurability and communication interface of a digital solution. Combining these solution types creates a new family of devices that maximizes the strengths of each technology to create a more cost-effective, configurable, high-performance power conversion solution. The MCP1911x family, when combined with Microchip's MCP87xxx MOSFETs, or any low-FOM MOSFET, produce high-efficiency (>96%) DC/DC power-conversion solutions. |

MCP19115Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Current Controller | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 1 | Active | The MCP19115 is a mid-voltage (4.5-42V) analog-based PWM controller with an integrated 8-bit PICTM Microcontroller. This unique product family combines the performance of a high-speed analog solution, including high-efficiency and fast transient response, with the configurability and communication interface of a digital solution. Combining these solution types creates a new family of devices that maximizes the strengths of each technology to create a more cost-effective, configurable, high-performance power conversion solution.
Please Note: Our MCP19115 is functionally equivalent to our MCP19114, however the MCP19115 offers more GPIO. The MCP19114 and MCP19115 development tools, including both hardware and software tools, provide a convenient and powerful development platform upon which to develop and evaluate your Boost and Buck/Boost power supply design. |
MCP19116Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Current Controller | DC DC Switching Controllers | 2 | Active | The MCP19117 is a mid-voltage (4.5-42V) analog-based PWM controller with an integrated 8-bit PICTM Microcontroller. These products allow the development of flexible power supplies that can be configured perfectly to the target application with minimal external components. In addition, these devices can be programmed to dynamically respond to measurements or events within the system, dynamically tailoring the operation to the environment, or intelligently responding to faults for robust operation.
This device is similar to the MCP19114 and MCP19115, but contains additional calibration features for improved accuracy and measurement, as well as a larger flash memory for storing additional code within the device. The MCP19117 is functionally equivalent to our MCP19116, however the MCP19117 offers more GPIO and a debugging interface. The MCP19116 and MCP19117 development tools, including both hardware and software tools, provide a convenient and powerful development platform upon which to develop and evaluate your Boost and Buck/Boost power supply design. |

MCP19119Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Buck Controller | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 3 | Active | The MCP19119 is a mid-voltage (4.5-40V) analog-based PWM controller family with an integrated 8-bit PIC® Microcontroller. Note that the MCP19119 is an enhanced version of the MCP19111, and the MCP19111 design tools can be used with the MCP19119 (design analyzer, evaluation board, user guides, and application notes). |
MCP19122Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Buck Controller | Power Management (PMIC) | 1 | Active | The MCP19122 offers excellent regulation accuracy, in a variable output analog PWM controller with an integrated microcontroller for supervisory and management functions.
It is a mid-voltage (4.5-40V) analog-based synchronous buck PWM controller with an integrated 8-bit PIC® Microcontroller. With integrated linear regulator, driver, timer, temperature sensor, and feedback network capabilities, this creates a very compact, versatile power conversion solution.
The output is adjustable on the fly, using the integrated programmable gain amplifier in the feedback path and the integrated adjustable reference voltage. In addition, the internal compensation network can also be adjusted, preserving phase margin and transient response over a wide (0.3V to 16V) output range (without external components, that range can be shifted with resistive dividers). |
MCP19123Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Buck Controller | DC DC Switching Controllers | 1 | Active | The MCP19123 offers excellent regulation accuracy, in a variable output analog PWM controller with an integrated microcontroller for supervisory and management functions.

MCP19124Digitally Enhanced Power Analog Current and Voltage Controller | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 2 | Active | The MCP19124 is a mid-voltage (4.5-42V) analog-based PWM controller with an integrated 8-bit PICTM Microcontroller. This unique product family combines the performance of a high-speed analog solution, including high-efficiency and fast transient response, with the configurability and communication interface of a digital solution. In addition, these devices can be programmed to dynamically respond to measurements or events within the system, dynamically tailoring the operation to the environment, or intelligently responding to faults for robust operation.
This device contains two independent outer control loops, which can be configured with separate feedback networks, and separate references. The analog voltage loop can be set to control a constant voltage, or the analog current loop can be used to set a constant current on the output. Regardless of which outer loop is being used, both outer loops take advantage of a faster, inner current loop for peak current mode control with fast transient response. With this unique architecture, switching between constant-voltage and constant-current operation is smooth and monotonic; it can be done dynamically during operation without glitching or undesirable transient effects. |
