AD823A16 MHz, Rail-to-Rail FET Input Dual Amplifier | Instrumentation, Op Amps, Buffer Amps | 6 | Active | The AD823A is a dual precision, 17 MHz, JFET input op amp manufactured in the extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process. The AD823A can operate from a single supply of 3 V to 36 V or from dual supplies of ±1.5 V to ±18 V. It has true single-supply capability with an input voltage range extending below ground in single-supply mode. Output voltage swing extends to within 20 mV of each rail for IOUT ≤ 100 μA, providing outstanding output dynamic range. It also has a linear output current of 40 mA, 0.5 V from the supply rails. An offset voltage of 700 μV maximum, an offset voltage drift of 1 μV/°C, and typical input bias currents of 0.3 pA provide dc precision with source impedances up to 1 GΩ. The AD823A provides 17 MHz, −3 dB bandwidth, and a 30 V/μs slew rate with a low supply current of only 2.6 mA per amplifier. It also provides low input voltage noise of 14 nV/√Hzand −108 dB SFDR at 20 kHz. The AD823A has low input capacitances (0.6 pF differential and 1.3 pF common mode) and drives more than 500 pF of direct capacitive load as a follower. This lets the amplifier handle a wide range of load conditions. This combination of ac and dc performance, plus the outstanding load drive capability, results in an exceptionally versatile amplifier for applications such as ADC drivers, high speed active filters, and other low voltage, high dynamic range systems. The AD823A is available over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is offered in an 8-lead SOIC package and an 8-lead MSOP package.APPLICATIONSBattery-powered precision instrumentationPhotodiode preampsActive filters12-bit to 16-bit data acquisition systemsMedical instrumentation |

AD825Low Cost, General-Purpose High Speed JFET Amplifier | Op Amp Evaluation Boards | 7 | Active | The AD825 is a superbly optimized operational amplifier for high speed, low cost and dc parameters, making it ideally suited for a broad range of signal conditioning and data acquisition applications. The ac performance, gain, bandwidth, slew rate and drive capability are all very stable over temperature. The AD825 also maintains stable gain under varying load conditions. The unique input stage has ultralow input bias current and input current noise. Signals that go to either rail on this high performance input do not cause phase reversals at the output. These features make the AD825 a good choice as a buffer for MUX outputs, creating minimal offset and gain errors. The AD825 is fully specified for operation with dual ±5 V and ±15 V supplies. This power supply flexibility, and the low supply current of 6.5 mA with excellent ac characteristics under all supply conditions, makes the AD825 well suited for many demanding applications. |
AD825010 MHzG = 1, 2, 5, 10iCMOS® Programmable Gain Instrumentation Amplifier | Amplifiers | 2 | Active | The AD8250 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has GΩ input impedance, low output noise, and low distortion making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has a high bandwidth of 10 MHz, low THD of −110 dB and fast settling time of 615 ns (maximum) to 0.001%. Offset drift and gain drift are guaranteed to 1.7 μV/°C and 10 ppm/°C, respectively, for G = 10. In addition to its wide input common voltage range, it boasts a high common-mode rejection of 80 dB at G = 1 from dc to 50 kHz. The combination of precision dc performance coupled with high speed capabilities makes the AD8250 an excellent candidate for data acquisition. Furthermore, this monolithic solution simplifies design and manufacturing and boosts performance of instrumentation by maintaining a tight match of internal resistors and amplifiers. The AD8250 user interface consists of a parallel port that allows users to set the gain in one of two ways (see Figure 1). A 2-bit word sent via a bus can be latched using theWRinput. An alternative is to use the transparent gain mode where the state of the logic levels at the gain port determines the gain. The AD8250 is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range, making it an excellent solution for applications where size and packing density are important considerations.ApplicationsData acquisitionBiomedical analysisTest and measurement |

AD825310 MHz, G = 1, 10, 100, 1000iCMOS® Programmable Gain Instrumentation Amplifier | Linear | 1 | Active | The AD8253 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has gigaohm (GΩ) input impedance, low output noise, and low distortion, making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).It has a high bandwidth of 10 MHz, low THD of −110 dB, and fast settling time of 780 ns (maximum) to 0.001%. Offset drift and gain drift are guaranteed to 1.2 µV/°C and 10 ppm/°C, respectively, for G = 1000. In addition to its wide input common voltage range, it boasts a high common-mode rejection of 100 dB at G = 1000 from dc to 20 kHz. The combination of precision dc performance coupled with high speed capabilities makes the AD8253 an excellent candidate for data acquisition. Furthermore, this monolithic solution simplifies design and manufacturing and boosts performance of instrumentation by maintaining a tight match of internal resistors and amplifiers. The AD8253 user interface consists of a parallel port that allows users to set the gain in one of two different ways (see Figure 1 for the functional block diagram). A 2-bit word sent via a bus can be latched using theWRinput.
