LT1210High Temperature 1.0A, 35MHz Current Feedback Amplifier | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 9 | Active | The LT1210X is a current feedback amplifier with high output current and excellent large-signal characteristics. The combination of high slew rate, 1.0A output drive and ±15V operation enables the device to deliver significant power at frequencies in the 1MHz to 2MHz range. Shortcircuit protection ensures the device’s ruggedness. The LT1210X is stable with large capacitive loads, and can easily supply the large currents required by the capacitive loading. A shutdown feature switches the device into a high impedance and low supply current mode, reducing dissipation when the device is not in use. For lower bandwidth applications, the supply current can be reduced with a single external resistor. The LT1210X is a member of a growing series of high temperature qualified products offered by Analog Devices. The LT1210X is available in the thermally enhanced TSSOP16-E package for operation with supplies from ±5V up to ±15V. The LT1210X is also available as dice.ApplicationsDown-Hole Drilling and InstrumentationHeavy IndustrialAvionicsHigh Temperature EnvironmentsCable DriversBuffersTest Equipment AmplifiersVideo AmplifiersADSL Drivers |
LT121114MHz, 7V/µs, Single Supply Dual and Quad Precision Op Amps | Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps | 8 | Active | The LT1211 is a dual, single supply precision op amp with a 14MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 7V/µs slew rate. The LT1212 is a quad version of the same amplifier. The DC precision of the LT1211/LT1212 eliminates trims in most systems while providing high frequency performance not usually found in single supply amplifiers. The LT1211/LT1212 will operate on any supply greater than 2.5V and less than 36V total. These amplifiers are specified on single 3.3V, single 5V and ±15V supplies, and only require 1.3mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. The minimum output drive is 20mA, ideal for driving low impedance loads.Note:For applications requiring higher slew rate, see the LT1213/LT1214 and LT1215/LT1216 data sheets.Applications2.5V Full-Scale 12-Bit Systems: VOS<0.45LSB10V Full-Scale 16-Bit Systems: VOS<1.8LSBActive FiltersPhoto Diode AmplifiersDAC Current-to-Voltage AmplifiersBattery-Powered Systems |

LT121328MHz, 12V/µs, Single Supply Dual Precision Op Amps | Integrated Circuits (ICs) | 5 | Active | The LT1213 is a dual, single supply precision op amp with a 28MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 12V/µs slew rate. The LT1214 is a quad version of the same amplifier. The DC precision of the LT1213/LT1214 eliminates trims in most systems while providing high frequency performance not usually found in single supply amplifiers. The LT1213/LT1214 will operate on any supply greater than 2.5V and less than 36V total. These amplifiers are specified at single 3.3V, single 5V and ±15V supplies, and only require 2.7mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. The minimum output drive is 30mA, ideal for driving low impedance loads.Note:For applications requiring higher slew rate, see the LT1215/LT1216 data sheet. For lower power and lower slew rate, see the LT1211/LT1212 data sheet.Applications2.5V Full-Scale 12-Bit Systems: VOS≤ 0.45LSB10V Full-Scale 16-Bit Systems: VOS≤ 1.8LSBActive FiltersPhoto Diode AmplifiersDAC Current-to-Voltage AmplifiersBattery-Powered Systems |
