MCP14A0303 Series
The MCP14A0303/4/5 are dual output high-speed MOSFET gate drivers that are capable of providing up to 3 A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. There are three output configurations available:
MCP14A0303: Inverting
MCP14A0304: Non-inverting
