Description

General part information

HV2708 Series

The HV2708 device is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 16-channel, high voltage analog switch without high-voltage supplies. It is intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage

switching controlled by low-voltage control signals, such as medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric transducers and printers. The device requires only +5V or +6V bias supply. The analog input voltage range is up to ±100V, even though there are no high-voltage supplies.

The device is offered in a 48-pin LQFP package, which is pin-to-pin compatible with HV2601FG-G/HV2701FG-G and HV2605FG-G/HV2705FG-G devices, except power supply pins.
