PD81000 Series
The PD81000 RPF PSE controller is used in conjunction with the PD81101 RPF PSE driver for implementation of Residential Gateways in line with ETSI TS 101 548 V2.1.1.
The PD81xxx series is utilized in FTTdp Home Gateways, Modems and Routers and enables Reverse Power Feeding to the Distribution Point Unit (DPU) on the same data line connecting between DPU and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)s. The PD81101 & PD81000 chipset supports DPU detection and classification in the presence of MELT signatures, according to ETSI TS 101 548 V2.1.1
