Description

General part information

AT30TSE004A Series

The Microchip AT30TSE004A is a 1.7V rated minimum operating voltage combination Serial EEPROM and temperature sensor device containing 4096-bits of EEPROM organized as 512-bytes of eight bits each. The Serial EEPROM operation is tailored specifically for DRAM memory modules with Serial Presence Detect (SPD).

The integrated temperature sensor converts temperatures from --20°C to +125°C to a digital word and provides a typical accuracy of ±1.0°C over the operating temperature range of +75°C to +95°C The device incorporates flexible user programmable internal registers to configure the temperature sensor’s performance and response to over and under temperature conditions. The AT30TSE004 supports the industry standard 2-wire I2C Fast-Mode Plus serial interface allowing device communication to operate at up to 1MHz.
