MCP14A0452 Series
The MCP14A0451/2 devices are high-speed MOSFET drivers that are capable of providing up to 4.5A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. There are two output configurations available:
MCP14A0451 - Inverting
MCP14A0452 - non-inverting
