RAA223011 Series
RAA223011 high voltage buck converter demonstration board is designed to demonstrate a low-cost high performance non-isolated AC/DC conversion from a universal input of 85VAC to 265VAC, to a 24V output with the output current up to 200mA. The board has built-in overcurrent, short-circuit, input brownout and overtemperature protection. It comes with a RAA223011 in an 8 Ld SOIC package. Typical applications home appliances, home automation, IoT, sensors, metering, industry control and bias power.
