General part information

ST1S41 Series

ST1S41PHR is a 4A step-down switching regulator in a 8 pin HSOP package. The ST1S41 is an internally compensated 850KHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous stepdown regulator. The ST1S41 operates from 4V to 18V input, while it regulates an output voltage as low as 0.8V and up to VIN. The ST1S41 integrates 95mohm high-side switch and 69mohm synchronous rectifier allowing very high efficiency with very low output voltages. The peak current mode control with internal compensation delivers a very compact solution with a minimum component count. Typical applications include µP/ASIC/DSP/FPGA core and I/O supplies, point of load for: STB, TVs, DVD and optical storage, hard disk drive, printers, audio/graphic cards.
