ATMXT2113TD-KD Series
The ATMXT2113TD-KD automotive touchscreen controller supports Microchip's patented Knob-on-Display™ (KoD™) technology for display sizes up to 17". The KoD™ technology allows HMI designers to combine the comfort of physical control knobs with the flexibility of modern multi-touch displays.
The KoD™ technology offers the ability to reuse a standard touch sensor pattern to detect the position, direction of rotation and optionally the push function of a capacitive knob. Size, shape and position are configurable using parameters and without the need for any firmware modification.
The ATMXT2113TD-KD embeds dedicated drift algorithms at the knob's location, ensuring a reliable and simultaneous operation of finger touch and capacitive knob across a range of environmental conditions.
