JAN1N5194-Rectifier Series

These "standard recovery" high voltage rectifier diode series are military qualified to MIL-PRF19500/118 for 1N51954. They are ideal for high voltage, high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. This 2 Amps rated rectifiers with working peak reverse voltages of 70V are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction.
