MCP14A1201 Series
The MCP14A1201/2 devices are dual output high-speed MOSFET gate drivers that are capable of providing up to 9 A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. The output configurations available are:
MCP14A1201: Inverting
MCP14A1202: Non-Inverting
