Description

General part information

1.5KE350 Series

The Transil 1.5KE series from STMicroelectronics are transient voltage suppressing diodes. These diodes provide high overvoltage protection and instantaneous response to transient overvoltage by clamping action. Transil 1.5KE series are used to protect voltage sensitive devices such as low voltage supplied IC’s. The unidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for DC applications and bidirectional type TVS diodes are suitable for AC applications.
