Description

General part information

M83536/16- 026L Series

BR230D series relays are 10 Amp miniature non-latching 4 pole, double throw, dry circuit switching, hermetically sealed, all welded corrosion resistance case. This relay series offers 4 set of normally open and closed contacts, transient suppressed dc coil, with magnetically driven actuation designed, built and qualified to MIL-PRF-83536, with relatively long life of 100,000 cycles at rated current, and 400,000 cycles mechanical life(contacts opening and closing). The relay operates when the coil is energized, current flows through the coil wires inducing a magnetic field, actuation is achieved when contacts that are attached to armature a ferrous metal plate is attracted and pivots when acted upon by the energized coil magnetic field closing or opening the relay contacts.
