MCP1502 Series

The MCP1502 is a high-precision buffered voltage reference with an initial accuracy of 0.10% and is available in 10 voltage options. The MCP1502 is a low-drift (7ppm max) bandgap-based reference and uses chopper-based amplifiers which significantly reduces the drift and provides high current output. The MCP1502 is available in the SOT-23 package and comes with Grade 1 AEC-Q100 qualifications.
