MIC5364 Series
The MIC5363/4 is an advanced, 300mA LDO ideal for powering general purpose portable devices requiring a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR).
The MIC5363/4 is designed to reject input noise and provide a low output noise regulator with fast transient response to respond to any load change quickly. The MIC5364 also incorporates an active discharge feature that switches a 30Ω NFET from VOUT to GND to discharge output capacitors when the part is disabled.
