LS0504EVT233 Series

LS0504EDD12 is a 5.5V, 4A low-Ron power distribution load switch with a controlled slew rate. The controlled output slew rate greatly reduces inrush current at start-up when charging large bulk load capacitances, thereby minimizing input supply voltage droop. It comes with built-in full protection against over current, over voltage and over temperature. It provides an accurate enable threshold that allows users to program input under-voltage lockout (UVLO) threshold through an external resistor divider network. It has built-in 8ohm resistor for quick output discharge at disable. Application includes solid-state drives, wearable IOT devices, portable medical equipment, portable media players, and smartphones and tablets.
