Description
General part information
MTCH650 Series
The MTCH650 is a line driver device, with 21 level shifters available. MTCH650 require only a 3-wire serial interface, latch enable (LE), and 2 capacitors.
While the MTCH650 and MTCH652 are very similar, the MTCH650 does not include a built-in boost circuit. The MTCH650 will require an external boost voltage device, such as the MCP16301.
