MIC24067 Series
MIC24067T-E/QNA is a family of commercial 36V high performance switching buck regulator. This wide input range (4.5V to 36V) integrated FET switching regulator which supports 6A load. This device has an enhanced high voltage COT controller co-packaged with a pair of N-channel FETS with improved avalanche rating. The Hyper Speed Control® proprietary architecture allows for ultra-fast transient response while reducing the output capacitance. This device features programmable switching frequency from 270kHz to 800kHz. An open drain PGOOD pin provides a power good signal to indicate output voltage is within ±10% of the target level. This device offers a full suite of protection features to ensure safe operation of the IC during fault conditions. It includes UVLO, hiccup current limit short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. Application includes servers and workstations, routers, switches and telecom equipment, base stations, high power density point-of-load conversion.
