MCP14A0154 Series
The MCP14A0153/4/5 MOSFET gate drivers are capable of providing up to 1.5 A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. There are three output configurations available:
MCP14A0153: Dual Inverting
MCP14A0154: Dual Non-Inverting
