Description

General part information

R-6xxxP_D Series

The R-625.0P is a 18W through-hole-mount non-isolated DC/DC Converter with adjustable output voltage. High performance 1.5 to 15V (18V), 1.1 to 2.0A switching regulator with 96% efficiency. Synchronous rectification yields excellent efficiencies of up to 97%. Short circuit protection reduces the short circuit input current to under 50mA.
