The MCP14A0601/2 devices are dual output high-speed MOSFET gate drivers that are capable of providing up to 6 A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5 V to 18 V supply. There are three output configurations available:

MCP14A0601: Inverting

MCP14A0602: Non-Inverting
