637-10 Series
The 637-10ABPE is a 12.7mm high-efficiency board level power semiconductor Heat Sink with aluminum, black anodized, 12.67°C/W thermal resistance. This heat sink features wave-solderable pins on 1-inch centers for vertical mounting on printed circuit boards. Use this heat sink where weight and board space occupied is minimized.
