Description
General part information
AT30TSE754A Series
Microchip's AT30TSE754A temperature sensor is capable of measuring and converting temperatures from -55ºC to +125ºC to a digital word and provides a typical accuracy of +-0.5ºC over the operating temperature range of 0ºC to +85ºC.
The AT30TSE754A combines precision temperature monitoring, nonvolatile (NVM) registers, and 4Kb of Serial EEPROM. The value-added NVM registers allow user configuration settings to be permanently retained across power cycles to simplify the system design, reduce processor startup code, and improve system reliability.
The integrated Serial EEPROM is a drop in replacement for a standalone Serial EEPROM saving board space and reducing BOM costs. The Serial EEPROM can be used to store system configuration and vital product data.
