23LCV04M Series

The Microchip Technology Inc. 23LCV04M are 4 Mbit Serial SRAM devices with Battery Backup circuitry to maintain memory contents on power loss. The memory is accessed via a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. Additionally, SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface) is supported with clock speeds up to 143 MHz. This device supports unlimited reads and writes to the memory array with zero write times. The 23LCV04M is available in standard packages including 14-lead SOIC, PDIP and TSSOP.
