Description

General part information

MCP6564 Series

These comparators are optimized for low power, single-supply operation with greater than rail-to-rail input operation. The push-pull output of the MCP6561/2/4 family supports rail-to-rail output swing, and interfaces with TTL/CMOS logic. The output limits supply current surges, and dynamic power consumption while switching. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification is available for this device
