173-9 Series

The 173-9-210P is a 0.009-inch DeltaPads™ Thermally Conductive Insulator without adhesive backing. It is highly efficient thermally conductive insulators designed for semiconductor interface to heat sinks. Its properties eliminate messy concerns associated with thermal greases.
