624-45 Series

The 624-45ABT3 is an Integrated Circuit Heat Sink made of aluminum with black anodized finish. The 624 series is an omnidirectional pin fin heat sink for both natural and forced-convection application. It is available with pressure sensitive adhesives for quick and easy mounting. The heat sink is suitable for the BGAs, SUPER BGAs, PBGAs and FPBGAs integrated circuits.
