NCP3284 Series
The NCP3284/A is a 30A/35A POL targeted for applications requiring high efficiency in a small board footprint. This device integrates a dc/dc controller with two highly efficient mosfets into a signal thermally enhanced 5mm by 6mm QFN package. It utilizes a patented enhanced ramp pulse modulation control architecture that delivers ultra-fast load transients that enable the reduction of external capacitors and/or provide better transient tolerances. The new architecture also improved load regulation versus traditional constant on time controllers.
