Description
General part information
HV Series
The Vishay HV high voltage series are surface mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with X7R dielectric. The capacitance range includes 180pF to 15nF. These multilayer ceramic chip capacitors are used for high voltage applications. They have excellent reliability and thermal shock performance. These capacitors can be used as include input filter capacitors, output filter capacitors, snubber capacitors to reduce MOSFET voltage spikes and filtering for switching power supplies.
