1EDN8550 Series
1EDN8550BXTSA1 is an EiceDRIVER™ single-channel high-side and low-side gate driver with high-CMR TDI input. It has a fully differential input circuitry. The truly differential inputs (TDI) provide excellent common-mode robustness (CMR) and eliminate the risk of false triggering. The small package footprints enable versatile layout in both low-side and high-side driving. The application includes server, telecom and industrial SMPS, DC-DC converters and bricks, power tools, and motor control.
