LD30 Series

LD30CPBR60BPM5IO is a photoelectric laser sensor with BGS, FGS and IO-Link communication. It is the latest generation of high performance photoelectric laser sensor is designed to solve challenging detection tasks due to laser, background suppression, foreground suppression and dual detection features. The small light spot makes detection very precise. The sensor is implemented in the compact 10 x 20 x 30mm ABS housing that are acknowledged world wide. It is implemented functions with weight on functionality, reliability, predictive maintenance makes this sensor ideal for industry 4.0. The detection distance is almost independent of the color of the object to detect. The sensor can be operated in IO-Link mode once connected to an IO-Link or in standard I/O mode. Application includes detecting of transparent or translucent plastic bottles, detection distance, dual detection, pattern recognition, speed and length, divider function and object and gap monitoring.
