RxxP22005D Series

The R24P22005D from Recom Power is a 2W DC to DC converter in 7 pin SIP package. This DC to DC converter is especially designed for SiC MOSFET drivers and it comes with two asymmetric outputs. A special feature of this converter is output power sharing, it can be used with equal power (asymmetrical current) or equal current (asymmetrical power) loads. It offers high 5.2KVDC/1minute isolation and operates in temperature which meets harsh environmental requirements.
