TPS3511PC power supply supervisor | Supervisors | 4 | Active | The TPS3510/1 is designed to minimize external components of personal-computer switching power supply systems. It provides protection circuits, power good indicator, fault protection output (FPO)\ and (PSON)\ control.
Overvoltage protection (OVP) monitors 3.3 V, 5 V, and 12 V (12-V signal detects via VDDpin). Undervoltage protection (UVP) monitors 3.3 V and 5 V. When an OV or UV condition is detected, the power good output (PGO) is set to low and (FPO)\ is latched high. (PSON)\ from low to high resets the protection latch. UVP function is enabled 75 ms after (PSON)\ is set low and debounced. Furthermore, there is a 2.3-ms delay (and an additional 38-ms debounce) at turnoff. There is no delay during turnon.
Power good feature monitors PGI, 3.3 V and 5 V and issues a power good signal when the output is ready.
The TPS3510/1 is characterized for operation from –40°C to 85°C.

TPS36-Q1Automotive nano-quiescent-current precision supervisor with window watchdog timer | Supervisors | 4 | Active | The TPS36-Q1 is an ultra-low power consumption (250 nA typical) device offering a precision voltage supervisor with a programmable window watchdog timer. The TPS36-Q1 supports wide threshold levels for undervoltage supervision with 1.2% accuracy across the specified temperature range.
The TPS36-Q1 offers a high accuracy window watchdog timer with host of features for a wide variety of applications. The close window timer can be factory programmed or user programmed using an external capacitor. The open window to close window ratio can be changed on-the-fly using a combination of logic pins. The watchdog also offers unique features such as enable-disable, start-up delay, independent WDO pin option.
The RESET or WDO delay can be set by factory-programmed default delay settings or programmed by an external capacitor. The device also offers a latched output operation where the output is latched until the supervisor or watchdog fault is cleared.
The TPS36-Q1 provides a performance upgrade alternative toTPS3852-Q1device family. The TPS36-Q1 is available in a small 8-pin SOT-23 package.

TPS3617Battery-backup supervisor for RAM retention with power fail input & watchdog timer | Power Management (PMIC) | 3 | Obsolete | The TPS3617 and TPS3618 are battery-backup supervisors that monitor 5 V supplies. They provide a battery-backup function ideal for applications that require data retention of CMOS RAM during fault conditions. When the voltage at VDDdrops below a preset threshold (VIT), the active low push-pullRESEToutput asserts, and VOUTswitches from VDDto VBAT. When VDDrises above the trip threshold, VOUTswitches immediately from VBATto VDD. TheRESEToutput remains low until the delay time (td) expires. During power on,RESETis asserted when the supply voltage (VDDor VBAT) goes higher than 1.1 V.
The PFI andPFOpins are provided if additional voltage monitoring is needed. If the voltage at PFI is less than 1.15 V, the push-pullPFOpin will assert low. When the voltage at PFI exceeds the threshold voltage,PFOwill go high.
These devices also feature a watchdog timer pin (WDI) that monitors processor activity and assertsRESETif the the processor is inactive longer than the watchdog timeout period. If the watchdog timer is not used, the WDI pin should be left floating.
The TPS3617 and TPS3618 are available in an 8-pin MSOP package and are characterized for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
