The adoption of the Company's proprietary strip technique yields overall dynamic performance that is significantly better than that of similar competition's products.

The STuW81300 includes a dual architecture frequency synthesizer (Fractional-N and Integer- N), four low phase noise VCOs with a fast automatic center frequency calibration providing a very wide frequency range, from 1.925 GHz to 16 GHz, with a single device. The STuW81300 optimizes size and cost of the final application by the integration of low noise LDO voltage regulators and internally matched broadband RF outputs. Additional features include a crystal oscillator core, external VCO mode, output mute function and low power mode to trade current consumption with phase noise performance and/or output level.

Specifically designed to operate at 150 °C, the new 10 A T1010H TRIACs provide an enhanced performance in terms of power loss and thermal dissipation. This allows the optimization of the heatsink size, leading to space and cost effectiveness when compared to electromechanical solutions. Based on ST logic level technology, they offer an IGTlower than 10 mA and specified minimal commutation and high noise immunity levels valid up to the Tjmax.

Available in through-hole or surface mount packages, the T1035H and T1050H Triacs series are suitable for general purpose mains power ac switching. By using an internal ceramic pad, the T10xxH-6I provides voltage insulation (rated at 2500 V rms).

Available either in through-hole or surface mount packages, the BTA10, BTB10 and T10xx Triac series are suitable for general purpose mains power AC switching. They can be used as ON/OFF function in applications such as static relays, heating regulation or induction motor starting circuit. They are also recommended for phase control operations in light dimmers and appliance motors speed controllers. The Snubberless™ versions (W suffix and T10xx) are especially recommended for use on inductive loads, because of their high commutation performance. By using an internal ceramic pad, the Snubberless™ series provide an insulated tab (rated at 2500 VRMS) complying with UL standards (file reference: E81734).
