The TS824-2.5 is a low power shunt voltage reference featuring a very low temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C as a maximum value. Providing a 2.5V output voltage, the TS824-2.5 operates over the industrial temperature range (-40 to +85°C). Ideal for battery-powered equipments where power conservation is critical, the TS824 is housed in a tiny SOT23-3 package allowing space saving. The TS824 is typically stable with any capacitive loads within the entire temperature range. The product is thus easy to use and the design simplified.

The TS834 is a voltage supervisor providing two different outputs (one active low and one active high) with an integrated timer that can be disabled. It incorporates a high stability bandgap voltage reference and a comparator with open drain output. The threshold voltage is set at 4.33V by internal thermally matched resistors. The comparator exhibits a 20µs response (with 10mV overdrive). An internal hysteresis of 100mV increases the comparator noise margin and prevents false reset operation.

The TS86x device (single, dual and quad) is a rail-to-rail comparator characterized for 2.7 to 10 V operation over -40 °C to +85 °C temperature ranges. It exhibits an excellent speed-to-power ratio, featuring a current consumption of 6 μA per comparator and a response time of 500 ns at 2.7 V for a 100 mV overdrive. Due to its ultra low power consumption and its availability in a tiny package, the TS86x comparator family is perfectly suited to battery-powered systems. The output stage is designed with a push-pull structure allowing a direct connection to the microcontroller without additional pull-up resistors.

The open-drain series of nanopower comparator integrates a single version TS880 and a dual version TS883. They feature an ultra low supply current of 250 nA typical per operator with rail-to-rail input capability and open-drain output. The performance of these comparators allows them to be used in a wide range of portable applications. The TS880 and TS883 minimize battery supply leakage and therefore enhance battery lifetime. Operating from 0.9 to 5.5V supply voltage, these comparators can be used over a wide temperature range (-40 to +125 °C) keeping the current consumption at an ultra low level.

The TS881 device is a single comparator featuring ultra-low supply current (210 nA typical with output high, VCC= 1.2 V, no load) with rail-to-rail input and output capability. The performance of this comparator allows it to be used in a wide range of portable applications. The TS881 device minimizes battery supply leakage and therefore enhances battery lifetime. Operating from 0.85 V to 5.5 V supply voltage, this comparator can be used over a wide temperature range (-40 to +125 °C) keeping the current consumption at an ultra-low level. The TS881 device is available in the SC70-5 and the SOT23-5 package, allowing great space saving on the PCB.
